At Sims Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item's current condition.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient window for our professional movers to retrieve the furniture from your residence.

  Quality Inspection

  Returned items are brought back to our warehouse for a thorough inspection to ensure they are in original, like-new condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After passing inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and delivery fees, within 7-10 business days.
